Salesman.com provides a money-back guarantee for it’s programs. That money-back guarantee is designed to be “fair” and is governed by the following terms.

30-day money back guarantee terms

To get your money back, we will expect you to have gone through the entire program(s) and submit proof that you implemented these strategies, and they did not work for you.

If you followed all the recommendations in our program(s), and don’t feel they worked for you, please submit documentation of your efforts to our support (support@salesman.org) within 30-days of purchasing our program(s) and we’ll refund your money in full. 

Here are a the items you need to have done in order to get a full refund on your Salesman.com  program(s):

  • Logged in to the Salesman.com platform.
  • Completed the SalesCode assessment.
  • Watched all the videos and read through all the additional worksheets.
  • Submitted all suggested assets for asset review (for example your value proposition, sales cadence etc)
  • Have evidence that you’ve built and leveraged a sales cadence using the training.
  • Taken part in our community.
  • Attended all scheduled one-on-one calls.
  • Attended all group coaching sessions.

Note 1: You must submit documentation of your efforts to win business using the Salesman.com processes by 11:59 GMT on the 30th day after your purchased the program.

To be clear, if you do not include proof that you completed your purchased program and implemented the strategies by 11:59 GMT on the 30th day after your purchased the program, you will not receive a refund. 

Note 2: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, having completed the work outlined previously, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Note 3: All books and other assets physically shipped to you must be returned. Any used/damaged assets will require a restocking fee that will be taken from your overall refund.

Refund processing

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy. Salesman.com will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Salesman.com does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Salesman.com Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
