Fixed VS Growth Mindset

The show is kicked off with Carol explaining the concept between having a fixed or growth mindset and looking at how they are instilled into us when we’re children.

“We all have the potential to succeed. Just watch little babies, they’re eager, they’re excited to learn” – Carol Dweck

Carol then shares her thoughts on the fact that we’ve all got the potential for success and to flip between mindsets is a choice that we can make.

“Sometimes it’s like flipping a switch between mindsets but more often it’s a journey we have to take” – Carol Dweck

The show is wrapped up with Carol telling us the steps needed to become more successful. The biggest leap usually being to accept the simple challenge of taking more risks day to day.
